Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 3 tsp of your favorite Chai Spice blend
- 1 cup of milk
- 5 tsp of sugar (or more, as per your taste)
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add 3 tsp of the chai spice blend and let it boil for 3 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of milk and bring it to a rolling boil, then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add 5 tsp of sugar, or more as per your taste, and swirl to mix.
- Strain the mixture over ice for a refreshing iced chai. Alternatively, blend it with vanilla ice cream for a decadent iced chai frappe.
